La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside el diputado, Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar, realiz\u00f3 el desahogo de expedientes parlamentarios que pronto ser\u00e1n presentados ante el Pleno de esta Soberan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria efectuada este jueves en el Sal\u00f3n Rojo del Palacio Legislativo, conforme lo establecido en el Reglamento Interior del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, las y los diputados integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n, sesionaron para llevar a cabo el an\u00e1lisis, estudio y aprobaci\u00f3n de los dict\u00e1menes correspondientes de los expedientes parlamentarios que le fueron turnados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la reuni\u00f3n, las y los legisladores emitieron la resoluci\u00f3n correspondiente al informe solicitado para el tratamiento legal del municipio de El Carmen Tequexquitla, a solicitud expresa de las partes interesadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En este mismo sentido, se aprob\u00f3 presentar ante el Pleno de esta Soberan\u00eda el dictamen, por el que se aprueba la desindexaci\u00f3n del salario m\u00ednimo a unidades de medida actualizadas, con el objetivo de homologar la legislaci\u00f3n local con lo establecido y aprobado por el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cabe hacer menci\u00f3n qu\u00e9 tal iniciativa fue presentada en el a\u00f1o 2021 por el Diputado y Coordinador del Partido del trabajo (PT), Miguel \u00c1ngel Covarrubias Cervantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
