De acuerdo al dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside del diputado Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar, se determin\u00f3 que el Ayuntamiento present\u00f3 en tiempo y forma la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente para acreditar la enajenaci\u00f3n de las unidades vehiculares en cuesti\u00f3n, y por acuerdo un\u00e1nime de cabildo se determin\u00f3 que los recursos provenientes de la enajenaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n destinados para la compra total o parcial de otras unidades vehiculares para el servicio p\u00fablico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La lectura del documento estuvo a cargo de la Diputada Mar\u00eda Guillermina Loaiza Cortero, quien manifest\u00f3 que en total cumplimiento a las distintas disposiciones de la Ley del Patrimonio P\u00fablico del Estado de Tlaxcala, la comisi\u00f3n dictaminadora determin\u00f3 procedente la desincorporaci\u00f3n y enajenaci\u00f3n de las unidades vehiculares, derivado a que su estado f\u00edsico, deterioro o terminaci\u00f3n de su vida \u00fatil, ya no resulta conveniente ni funcional, para seguir manteniendo las unidades vehiculares, derivado a que el servicio para el cual se adquirieron, actualmente ha excedido su vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De esta manera, la LXIV aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda de votos, la autorizaci\u00f3n para que el Ayuntamiento de San Dami\u00e1n Texoloc pueda ejercer actos de dominio sobre estas unidades, cuya enajenaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 regirse bajo total apego a la Ley y cuyo procedimiento de subasta sea bajo los lineamientos y supervisi\u00f3n del \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior del Congreso del Estado, a fin de garantizar transparencia y legalidad en todo el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
