La Diputada Maribel Le\u00f3n Cruz present\u00f3 ante el Pleno del Congreso del Estado, la iniciativa con proyecto de decreto para declarar a la Ciudad de Chiautempan, capital del Estado de Tlaxcala, el 28 de noviembre de cada a\u00f1o, a fin de reconocer la importancia hist\u00f3rica, social y econ\u00f3mica que ha tenido el municipio y en conmemoraci\u00f3n del natalicio de Jos\u00e9 Manuel Salda\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la m\u00e1xima tribuna del Estado, la congresista destac\u00f3 que gracias a la gran trascendencia de su actividad artesanal, cultural, comercial y econ\u00f3mica, Chiautempan ha tenido una participaci\u00f3n muy importante en la construcci\u00f3n del devenir hist\u00f3rico de Tlaxcala, adem\u00e1s, dicha poblaci\u00f3n ha visto nacer a grandes personajes ilustres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la vig\u00e9sima tercera sesi\u00f3n de este periodo legislativo, la legisladora Maribel Le\u00f3n Cruz, integrante del Grupo Parlamentario del Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM), expuso que desde anta\u00f1o el municipio se ha distinguido por ser un polo de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de la entidad, siendo la actividad artesanal e industrial de los textiles el motor de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico regional, y la actividad textil data desde el per\u00edodo prehisp\u00e1nico con el telar de cintura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00abEntre uno de esos grandes hombres ilustres, se encuentra Jos\u00e9 Manuel Salda\u00f1a, quien fuera un destacado pol\u00edtico chiautempense, quien fue diputado presidente del Congreso del Estado, y quien formul\u00f3 leyes necesarias para la recta administraci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n fue precursor del decreto que formul\u00f3 a los ayuntamientos de los municipios, constituidos por un presidente, un s\u00edndico y regidores. Tambi\u00e9n Manuel Salda\u00f1a fue presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado, cargo en el que desempe\u00f1\u00f3 distintas acciones a favor del pueblo tlaxcalteca\u00bb, resalt\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, la parlamentaria refiri\u00f3 que el 13 de diciembre de 1873 el Congreso Local aprob\u00f3 el decreto por el que el Estado reconoce los servicios que ha prestado el Lic. Jos\u00e9 Manuel Salda\u00f1a y por ello fue declarado Benem\u00e9rito del Estado de Tlaxcala. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As\u00ed que en reconocimiento a la grandeza hist\u00f3rica, cultural y de grandes hombres ilustres, es que Maribel Le\u00f3n Cruz propuso que se declare a la Ciudad de Chiautempan, capital del Estado, el d\u00eda 28 de noviembre de cada a\u00f1o, a fin de reconocer la importancia hist\u00f3rica, social y econ\u00f3mica que ha tenido y en conmemoraci\u00f3n del Natalicio de Jos\u00e9 Manuel Salda\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Y de esta forma, deber\u00e1n trasladarse los poderes Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial a la Sala de Cabildo de este municipio, y el Congreso del Estado celebrar\u00e1 una sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, p\u00fablica y solemne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
