En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside el diputado Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar, se dio el tr\u00e1mite correspondiente y aprobaci\u00f3n a la iniciativa presentada por la Legisladora Maribel Le\u00f3n Cruz, con la que se busca sancionar el maltrato animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De la iniciativa presentada, por la cual se reforma el C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de Tlaxcala, con la que se busca sancionar hasta con 3 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y una multa de hasta 400 veces el valor de la Unidad de Medida Actualizada (UMA), a quien maltrate o sacrifique a un animal, provocando sufrimiento extremo, mutile, lesione o marque permanente su vida o se le sacrifique, sin fin m\u00e9dico y sin apego a las normas mexicanas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cabe recalcar que las penas interpuestas, se considerar\u00e1n como agravantes o tambi\u00e9n como da\u00f1o y perjuicio contra el bienestar animal, a quien prive de la libertad, alimento, agua, atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica o abandone a un animal, sumando en consecuencia tambi\u00e9n los delitos secundarios que da\u00f1en a los animales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Comisi\u00f3n Dictaminadora, determin\u00f3 la viabilidad y necesidad de agregar al c\u00f3digo penal las reformas necesarias propuestas por la Legisladora a fin de reconocer la importancia del cuidado y una vida digna para los animales, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n ser uno de los Estados que se suman al exhorto de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) en este t\u00e9rmino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Una vez aprobada en la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, dicho dictamen ser\u00e1 presentado ante el Pleno de la LXIV Legislatura, para su debida discusi\u00f3n y en su caso aprobaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
