El Pleno del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala aprob\u00f3 las Leyes de Ingresos para el ejercicio fiscal 2023 de los municipios de Coaxomulco, Hueyotlipan, Mu\u00f1oz de Domingo Arenas, San Jos\u00e9 Teacalco, Nativitas, San Juan Huactzinco, Santa Cruz Quilehtla y Tocatl\u00e1n, con lo que suman 32 dict\u00e1menes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la vig\u00e9sima cuarta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, la Comisi\u00f3n de Finanzas y Fiscalizaci\u00f3n de la LXIV Legislatura, que preside el diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, ha presentado en tiempo y forma los dict\u00e1menes correspondientes de cada una de las leyes de ingresos, en las que se ha analizado principalmente, que no existan incrementos excesivos en el cobro de servicios, as\u00ed como el total apego a los lineamientos establecidos en materia de contabilidad gubernamental y par\u00e1metros cuantificables e indicadores, los cuales deben ser congruentes con su Plan de Desarrollo Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, la Comisi\u00f3n dictaminadora ha refrendado su compromiso para evitar vicios o aspectos de inconstitucionalidad en el cobro de los servicios, por lo que su an\u00e1lisis se ha basado tambi\u00e9n en las resoluciones emitidas por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
De esta manera, el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Finanzas y Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez busca que el trabajo sea eficiente, transparente y en total apego a los lineamientos jur\u00eddicos, para garantizar el eficiente uso de los recursos p\u00fablicos, priorizando el bienestar de las y los tlaxcaltecas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
