Las y los diputados integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, aprobaron por mayor\u00eda de votos el dictamen emitido por la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, por el cual, Anel Ba\u00f1uelos Meneses presenta ante esta Soberan\u00eda su renuncia voluntaria como magistrada interina del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado (TSJE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Del escrito enviado al Poder Legislativo por parte de la interesada en el asunto, la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, se encarg\u00f3 de realizar el an\u00e1lisis y dictamen correspondiente, en el cual, se precis\u00f3 que la jurista Anel Ba\u00f1uelos al desempe\u00f1ar un cargo de la funci\u00f3n judicial interina, derivado de un procedimiento de designaci\u00f3n sustanciado ante esta Soberan\u00eda, consecuencia de una terna propuesta por la presidente del TSJE, no entra\u00f1a un cargo de elecci\u00f3n popular, y por tanto, no le es aplicable alguno de los supuestos del art\u00edculo 118 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica Local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De igual forma, se puntualiz\u00f3 que ejercita el derecho de libertad para renunciar al cargo que le fue conferido, por voluntad propia, si considera que as\u00ed conviene a sus intereses particulares, adem\u00e1s, tampoco tiene iniciado en su contra alg\u00fan procedimiento de responsabilidad, que le impida conceder su dimisi\u00f3n al cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As\u00ed que las y los congresistas avalaron el dictamen y se instruy\u00f3 a la Secretar\u00eda Parlamentaria notificar a la gobernadora del Estado y al Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado, para los efectos legales procedentes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
