{"id":102968,"date":"2022-12-06T15:02:45","date_gmt":"2022-12-06T21:02:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=102968"},"modified":"2022-12-06T15:02:46","modified_gmt":"2022-12-06T21:02:46","slug":"en-chiautempan-campana-de-descuento-en-predial-y-refrendos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=102968","title":{"rendered":"En Chiautempan, campa\u00f1a de descuento en predial y refrendos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el objetivo de apoyar la econom\u00eda familiar y fomentar el comercio local y el consumo interno, el Ayuntamiento de Chiautempan inici\u00f3 la campa\u00f1a de recaudaci\u00f3n \u201cBuen Fin de A\u00f1o 2022\u201d, la cual consiste en otorgar \u00fanicamente a negocios de giro blanco descuentos y facilidades de pago en impuesto predial y refrendos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n, a las personas que se dedican al comercio tienen hasta el 25 de diciembre para que se les condonen multas y recargos de a\u00f1os anteriores y de igual manera se aplicar\u00e1 un 20% de descuento a quien a\u00fan no est\u00e9 empadronado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se realizar\u00e1 condonaci\u00f3n de multas, recargos y refrendos de a\u00f1os anteriores (\u00fanicamente pagando el refrendo 2022), a quienes tengan un local en la plaza comercial Malintzi, Plaza Picazo y Plaza del Artesano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del mismo modo, se mantendr\u00e1 el costo m\u00ednimo de 5 UMAS, en pago \u00fanicamente del refrendo del 2022 para quienes tengan local en el interior del mercado Hidalgo, tambi\u00e9n se aplicar\u00e1 un descuento del 100% en multas y recargos en pago de impuesto predial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para todos los interesados, pueden acudir a las oficinas de la Tesorer\u00eda municipal ubicadas en la calle Ignacio Picazo Sur 1-A, colonia centro en Chiautempan, en un horario de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 15:00 horas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el objetivo de apoyar la econom\u00eda familiar y fomentar el comercio local y el consumo interno, el Ayuntamiento de Chiautempan inici\u00f3 la campa\u00f1a de recaudaci\u00f3n \u201cBuen Fin de A\u00f1o 2022\u201d, la cual consiste en otorgar \u00fanicamente a negocios de giro blanco descuentos y facilidades de pago en impuesto predial y refrendos.
