La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos (CEDH), de acuerdo a sus facultades conferidas en ley, inici\u00f3 un expediente de queja de manera oficiosa con el prop\u00f3sito de investigar cualquier acto que pudiera resultar violatorio de derechos humanos, por lo que se constituy\u00f3 en el ayuntamiento del municipio de Tlaxcala a investigar directamente los sucesos ocurridos en el accidente automovil\u00edstico en el que se vieron involucrados elementos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica de Tlaxcala capital, presuntamente en estado de ebriedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por la Primera Visitadur\u00eda de la CEDH, los elementos policiales involucrados en el percance automovil\u00edstico ya fueron separados de su cargo y el presidente municipal, Jorge Corichi Fragoso, interpuso una denuncia administrativa en contra de esos mismos elementos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La misma investigaci\u00f3n arroja que los hechos sucedieron en el municipio de Panotla, por lo cual intervino la polic\u00eda municipal de esa jurisdicci\u00f3n, sin embargo, al no haber ning\u00fan acuerdo con los polic\u00edas de la capital tlaxcalteca que intervinieron en el percance, uno de los elementos fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La ombudsperson Jakqueline Ordo\u00f1ez Brasdefer inform\u00f3 que las investigaciones del Organismo Aut\u00f3nomo contin\u00faan hasta tener certeza de que el Estado ha cumplido con las obligaciones constitucionales, pero sobre todo con los deberes de verdad, justicia y reparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
