y el inicio de 2023 cuando se emita el decreto de creaci\u00f3n de este n\u00famero de despachos<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CIUDAD DE PUEBLA, Pue.-<\/strong>&nbsp;Al se\u00f1alar que su gobierno devolver\u00e1 la dignidad a la vida notarial, el titular del Ejecutivo local, Miguel Barbosa Huerta advirti\u00f3 que todos aquellos aspirantes a encabezar las 120 notar\u00edas que se crear\u00e1n en pr\u00f3ximas fechas, deber\u00e1n de cumplir con sus pr\u00e1cticas notariales, pues de lo contrario no podr\u00e1n participar en el respectivo concurso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la habitual videoconferencia de prensa, el gobernador denunci\u00f3 que en el pasado los interesados en ocupar las titularidades de estos despachos recib\u00edan del propio gobierno en turno sus constancias de pr\u00e1cticas, o las consegu\u00edan por otros medios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, Barbosa Huerta hizo un llamado a los abogados aspirantes a comenzar este tr\u00e1mite y registrarlo ante la Direcci\u00f3n General del Notariado, instancia que, hasta el momento, tiene un bajo registro de interesados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refiri\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 entre este fin de a\u00f1o y el inicio de 2023 cuando el gobierno estatal emita el decreto de creaci\u00f3n de las 120 notar\u00edas que se requieren en el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el gobernador tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 que, tentativamente en seis u ocho meses, ser\u00e1 lanzada la convocatoria para encabezar dichas notar\u00edas, a fin de que los interesados tengan tiempo en cumplir con sus
