Las y los legisladores integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, tomaron protesta de Ley a Carlos Jonathan P\u00e9rez Ram\u00edrez, como nuevo integrante del Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Sistema Anticorrupci\u00f3n del Estado de Tlaxcala, luego de ser designado el martes pasado por el Pleno de esta Soberan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con base en el decreto aprobado por mayor\u00eda de votos, durante la vig\u00e9sima octava sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, y con fundamento a lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 54 fracci\u00f3n XXX de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala y 14 fracci\u00f3n I del Reglamento Interior del Congreso del Estado, se cit\u00f3 para comparecer y rendir protesta para ocupar el cargo en sustituci\u00f3n de R\u00famel Hern\u00e1ndez Avenda\u00f1o, por un periodo de cinco a\u00f1os, a partir de este acto y hasta el nueve de diciembre de 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cabe recalcar que el proceso de designaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 de manera totalmente transparente, apegada a los principios de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y protecci\u00f3n de datos personales, mismo que fue validado ante la m\u00e1xima tribuna tlaxcalteca, instrumentado conforme a la metodolog\u00eda, plazos y criterios, establecidos en la convocatoria y desahogados en total apego a derecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En este sentido, Carlos Jonathan P\u00e9rez Ram\u00edrez deber\u00e1 presentar sus declaraciones correspondientes en cumplimiento al art\u00edculo 35 fracci\u00f3n VI, de la Ley del Sistema Anticorrupci\u00f3n del Estado de Tlaxcala, as\u00ed como en los t\u00e9rminos previstos en la Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas, adem\u00e1s deber\u00e1 regirse bajo los principios de honradez, rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y transparencia en el ejercicio de sus funciones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
