Las y los diputados integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura aprobaron por mayor\u00eda de votos, la iniciativa con proyecto de decreto por la que se reforman las fracciones VII y VIII del art\u00edculo 17, y se adiciona la fracci\u00f3n IX al art\u00edculo 17 de la Ley de Pensiones Civiles del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la vig\u00e9sima novena sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de este periodo legislativo, las Comisiones Unidas de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, y la de Trabajo, Competitividad, Seguridad Social y Previsi\u00f3n Social, que presiden los diputados Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar y Gabriela Esperanza Brito Jim\u00e9nez, respectivamente, presentaron el dictamen que avala las diversas disposiciones de esta norma jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La iniciativa fue presentada por el diputado integrante del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena, Miguel \u00c1ngel Caballero Yonca, en busca de garantizar los derechos de las personas trabajadoras del Estado y extender protecci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este jueves, la diputada Gabriela Esperanza Brito dio lectura al dictamen de la iniciativa que se consider\u00f3 propone de manera concreta ampliar las facultades de Pensiones Civiles del Estado de Tlaxcala, y que reviste la naturaleza de un organismo p\u00fablico descentralizado, con personalidad jur\u00eddica y patrimonios propios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De esta manera, Pensiones Civiles podr\u00e1 celebrar contratos, incluyendo sociedades y convenios con instituciones p\u00fablicas o privadas para otorgar las prestaciones y servicios, superiores a los previstos en la fracci\u00f3n VII del art\u00edculo 3 de la presente Ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De esta manera, las y los congresistas trabajan de manera coordinada para garantizar el desarrollo de las y los tlaxcaltecas, a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis y legislaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
