{"id":103208,"date":"2022-12-09T09:47:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T15:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=103208"},"modified":"2022-12-09T09:47:01","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T15:47:01","slug":"presenta-comision-especial-informe-respecto-a-promocion-de-juicio-politico-por-caso-ayometla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=103208","title":{"rendered":"Presenta Comisi\u00f3n Especial informe respecto a promoci\u00f3n de juicio pol\u00edtico, por caso Ayometla"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Especial de diputadas y diputados encargada de sustanciar el procedimiento de juicio pol\u00edtico, promovido por las integrantes del Cabildo de Santa Catarina Ayometla en contra de la presidenta municipal y el s\u00edndico de este Ayuntamiento, present\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana durante la vig\u00e9sima novena sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el informe correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la m\u00e1xima tribuna del Estado, el diputado Fabricio Mena Rodr\u00edguez, la diputada Leticia Mart\u00ednez Cer\u00f3n y el diputado Jorge Caballero Rom\u00e1n, en calidad de presidente y vocales respectivamente, de esta Comisi\u00f3n Especial, presentaron ante el Pleno de la LXIV Legislatura, los documentos, oficios y anexos, que dan cuenta a los hechos que integran este expediente parlamentario en la promoci\u00f3n de juicio Pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el informe se detallaron los hechos que motivan esta promoci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como las actas de cabildo, acuerdos y oficios remitidos por las distintas instancias que permiten sustanciar este caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez cumplido el objetivo de esta comisi\u00f3n, se declar\u00f3 su extinci\u00f3n y se turn\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Instructora de Juicio Pol\u00edtico, Declaraci\u00f3n de Procedencia, Desafuero y Responsabilidad Mun\u00edcipes, para su tr\u00e1mite y dictamen correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Especial de diputadas y diputados encargada de sustanciar el procedimiento de juicio pol\u00edtico, promovido por las integrantes del Cabildo de Santa Catarina Ayometla en contra de la presidenta municipal y el s\u00edndico de este Ayuntamiento, present\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana durante la vig\u00e9sima novena sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el informe correspondiente.
