Las y los diputados integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, aprobaron por mayor\u00eda de votos, la designaci\u00f3n de Anel Ba\u00f1uelos Meneses como magistrada propietaria del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado, quien rindi\u00f3 protesto ante el Pleno de esta Soberan\u00eda por el periodo de seis a\u00f1os comprendido del 13 de diciembre de 2022 al 12 de diciembre de 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside el Diputado Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar, present\u00f3 el dictamen en la trig\u00e9sima sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, cuya lectura estuvo a cargo del Diputado Rub\u00e9n Ter\u00e1n \u00c1guila y de la Diputada Diana Torrej\u00f3n Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acuerdo al documento se determin\u00f3 que la profesional en derecho, es la persona que obtuvo un desempe\u00f1o sobresaliente en la etapa de cuestionario, mientras que en la etapa de entrevista, mostr\u00f3 mayor precisi\u00f3n en sus respuestas, claridad de pensamiento y seguridad personal, cualidades que garantizan condiciones para una mejor toma de decisiones trascendentes, independencia e imparcialidad en el quehacer jurisdiccional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De tal manera, Anel Ba\u00f1uelos Meneses sustituir\u00e1 al licenciado Mario Antonio de Jes\u00fas Jim\u00e9nez Mart\u00ednez, como magistrada propietaria, mientras que la aspirante Alejandra Cosetl Flores qued\u00f3 como magistrada suplente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cabe recalcar, que durante el proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n se determin\u00f3 que la terna propuesta por la gobernadora del Estado de Tlaxcala, cumpl\u00eda totalmente con el perfil, requisitos y experiencia necesaria, comprobable en sus curr\u00edculos para ocupar el cargo. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
