Las y los integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, tomaron protesta de Ley a Miguel \u00c1ngel Tlapale Hern\u00e1ndez y a Raymundo Amador Garc\u00eda, como magistrado presidente del Tribunal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje del Estado y magistrado representante patronal de los Poderes P\u00fablicos, Municipios o Ayuntamientos ante dicho Tribunal, respectivamente, por el periodo comprendido del 12 de enero de 2023 al 11 de enero de 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En total cumplimiento a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 54 fracci\u00f3n XV y 116 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, en los que se establece como una de las facultades del Poder Legislativo, rendir protesta a los magistrados integrantes del Tribunal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y arbitraje del Estado, y cuya duraci\u00f3n en el cargo constar\u00e1 de seis a\u00f1os y podr\u00e1n ser ratificados por un periodo igual, los Magistrados protestaron guardar y hacer guardar la Constituci\u00f3n Federal, la particular del Estado y las leyes que de ellas emanen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De esta manera y conforme a lo que estipula el art\u00edculo 87 de la Ley Laboral de los Servidores P\u00fablicos del Estado de Tlaxcala y sus Municipios, Miguel \u00c1ngel Tlapale Hern\u00e1ndez y Raymundo Amador Garc\u00eda, fungir\u00e1n como integrantes de este \u00f3rgano colegiado y quienes deber\u00e1n regir su actuar bajo los principios de legalidad, honradez y transparencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
