Luego de un reporte a los n\u00fameros de emergencia, elementos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Tr\u00e1nsito y Protecci\u00f3n Civil de Huamantla, detuvieron a un masculino que portaba un arma de fuego de uso exclusivo del ej\u00e9rcito en el Barrio de San Sebasti\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al llegar al camino a Guadalupe del Fraccionamiento 15 de Agosto, los uniformados observaron que se encontraban un grupo de personas, a quienes les informaron que hab\u00eda un reporte ciudadano por detonaciones de arma de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras realizarles una inspecci\u00f3n, encontraron a un masculino de nombre Javier N. se le localiza fajada a la altura del pantal\u00f3n un arma de fuego tipo revolver. Al observar esto, los polic\u00edas municipales le solicitaron al masculino la documentaci\u00f3n que acredite su legal posesi\u00f3n, quien manifest\u00f3 no contar con ello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al existir un hecho probablemente constitutivo del delito de portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego de uso exclusivo del ej\u00e9rcito sin el permiso correspondiente, se procede a informarle el motivo de su detenci\u00f3n, se da lectura a los derechos que le asisten, y es trasladado a las instalaciones que ocupa la Comisar\u00eda de Seguridad de Huamantla para iniciar el protocolo de puesta a disposici\u00f3n ante la autoridad correspondientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
