Las y los diputados integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala en Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria P\u00fablica y Solemne, entregaron la presea al arte \u00abMaestro Desiderio Hern\u00e1ndez Xochitiotzin\u00bb 2023 al pintor Aldo Ivanoe Varela Garc\u00eda con su obra \u00abLuz y Magia Tlaxcallan\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda que preside la diputada Laura Alejandra Ram\u00edrez Ortiz, fue la responsable de dar formal cumplimiento al decreto n\u00famero 83 publicado en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Gobierno del Estado, con fecha 28 de enero de 2022, por el que se instruye la entrega de dicha presea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A trav\u00e9s de la celebraci\u00f3n del concurso \u00abTrazos de mi Tierra Tlaxcala\u00bb, es que se reconoci\u00f3 por su actividad y trayectoria al artista Aldo Ivanoe Varela quien en el Pleno de la Sala de Sesiones del Palacio Ju\u00e1rez recibi\u00f3 la presea al arte \u00abMaestro Desiderio Hern\u00e1ndez Xochitiotzin\u00bb, de manos de las legisladoras Laura Alejandra Ram\u00edrez Ortiz, Leticia Mart\u00ednez Cer\u00f3n, Marcela Gonz\u00e1lez Castillo y el legislador Miguel \u00c1ngel Caballero Yonca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe recalcar que dicho galard\u00f3n representa el valor art\u00edstico, cultural y de orgullo de la grandeza hist\u00f3rica tlaxcalteca, as\u00ed como un homenaje al \u00faltimo gran muralista del siglo XX Desiderio Hern\u00e1ndez Xochitiotzin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En su emotivo mensaje, la diputada Ram\u00edrez Ortiz asegur\u00f3 que \u00abeste no es solamente un reconocimiento a la obra del maestro Desiderio Hern\u00e1ndez Xochitiotzin, es un reconocimiento a su vida, reconocimiento al arte que abunda en nuestra tierra tlaxcalteca\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al reconocer a las y los legisladores por hacer posible este reconocimiento, tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que \u00ablo que brilla en Tlaxcala es su extraordinaria historia lo que no hace sentir orgullosos de lo que somos y de lo que ser\u00e1n las futuras generaciones\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta manera, el Congreso del Estado fomenta la cultura, las artes y tradiciones, como impulso de valores hist\u00f3ricos y de reconocimiento a los grandes artistas tlaxcaltecas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
