{"id":105619,"date":"2023-02-21T10:56:02","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T16:56:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=105619"},"modified":"2023-02-21T10:56:03","modified_gmt":"2023-02-21T16:56:03","slug":"recertifican-planta-de-alimentos-de-carroll-por-mantener-estandares-internacionales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=105619","title":{"rendered":"Recertifican Planta de Alimentos de Carroll por mantener est\u00e1ndares internacionales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>Recibe Certificaci\u00f3n ISO 22000 por 3 a\u00f1os m\u00e1s<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Totalco, Perote, Veracruz a 19 de febrero de 2023.-<\/strong> Granjas Carroll de M\u00e9xico (GCM), recibi\u00f3 la Recertificaci\u00f3n ISO 22000 en todos los procesos de su Planta de Alimentos, con lo que mantiene sus est\u00e1ndares internacionales al alcanzar la mejora continua de la Seguridad Alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa APPLUS Internacional recertific\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n de alimentos totalmente inocuos y la eficiencia en el proceso de trabajo sobre un sistema documentado, con lo que se ha asegurado la trazabilidad en cada una de sus etapas del proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n la empresa porc\u00edcola cumple con un Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Inocuidad Alimentaria para todas las granjas y con el cuidado y desarrollo de los cerdos, garantizando a los consumidores una carne de calidad suprema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que GCM contaba con la Certificaci\u00f3n ISO 22000, con vigencia de marzo de 2020 a marzo de 2023, pero tras las auditor\u00edas anuales realizadas por APPLUS Internacional se recibe ahora la recertificaci\u00f3n por tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s y su vigencia ser\u00e1 hasta marzo de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente la Planta de Alimentos, despu\u00e9s de una ampliaci\u00f3n, produce 15 diferentes tipos de alimentos para las diferentes etapas de desarrollo de sus cerdos y logr\u00f3, en 2022, la producci\u00f3n de 585 mil toneladas m\u00e9tricas con los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad e inocuidad, como parte de los compromisos de Granjas Carroll con la sociedad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recibe Certificaci\u00f3n ISO 22000 por 3 a\u00f1os m\u00e1s Totalco, Perote, Veracruz a 19 de febrero de 2023.- Granjas Carroll de M\u00e9xico (GCM), recibi\u00f3 la Recertificaci\u00f3n ISO 22000 en todos los procesos de su Planta de Alimentos, con lo que mantiene sus est\u00e1ndares internacionales al alcanzar la mejora continua de la Seguridad Alimentaria.
