poblaci\u00f3n en general, el Presidente Municipal de Tocatl\u00e1n, ratific\u00f3 por segundo a\u00f1o el convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el Instituto de Capacitaci\u00f3n para el Trabajo de Tlaxcala (ICATLAX).<br>En el acto alcalde Quirino Torres Hern\u00e1ndez, afirm\u00f3 que el acuerdo fortalecer\u00e1 la capacitaci\u00f3n y permitir\u00e1 brindar m\u00e1s y mejores herramientas en beneficio de los ciudadanos del municipio de Tocatl\u00e1n.<br>Dijo que durante el 2022 este convenio logr\u00f3 una participaci\u00f3n entusiasta de los habitantes quienes obtuvieron aprendizajes pr\u00e1cticos en diferentes \u00e1reas.<br>Explic\u00f3 que la realizaci\u00f3n de cursos y talleres para el a\u00f1o en curso ser\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer y el Sistema
