El diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, coordinador del grupo parlamentario del Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM), en LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, present\u00f3 este martes, la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforman y adicionan diversos art\u00edculos de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El legislador plante\u00f3 su inter\u00e9s por impulsar la creaci\u00f3n de una Direcci\u00f3n de Archivos en este Congreso para lograr un efectivo cumplimento a la Ley de Archivos para el Estado de Tlaxcala, una buena coordinaci\u00f3n, vigilancia, la efectiva modernizaci\u00f3n de los archivos y con esto favorecer el uso del acervo cultural que existe en este Poder Legislativo; por consecuencia, facilitar la transparencia, la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, la protecci\u00f3n de datos y el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por lo que, propone reformar las fracciones IV y V del art\u00edculo 99; el primer p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 101 y adicionar la fracci\u00f3n VI al art\u00edculo 99, el T\u00edtulo Octavo con dos Cap\u00edtulos con los art\u00edculos 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, y 136 a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El titular del \u00e1rea coordinadora de archivos tendr\u00e1 el nivel de director y promover\u00e1 que las \u00e1reas operativas lleven a cabo las acciones de gesti\u00f3n documental y administraci\u00f3n de los archivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dicha iniciativa se turn\u00f3 a la comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos para su estudio, an\u00e1lisis y dictamen correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
