{"id":106215,"date":"2023-03-08T11:05:31","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T17:05:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=106215"},"modified":"2023-03-08T11:05:32","modified_gmt":"2023-03-08T17:05:32","slug":"diputados-aprueban-en-comisiones-modificaciones-a-la-ley-del-centro-de-conciliacion-laboral-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=106215","title":{"rendered":"Diputados aprueban en comisiones, modificaciones a la Ley del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral del Estado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>\u2022 La iniciativa fue presentada por el diputado Fabricio Mena Rodr\u00edguez a fin de precisar los conceptos de la Ley y con ello garantizar mayor efectividad.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlaxcala, Tlax., a 08 de marzo de 2023&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En comisiones unidas, la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos que preside el legislador Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar, y la de Trabajo, Competitividad, Seguridad Social y Previsi\u00f3n Social que preside la diputada Gabriela Esperanza Brito Jim\u00e9nez en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, aprobaron el dictamen correspondiente a la iniciativa por la cual se realizan diversas modificaciones a la Ley del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral del Estado de Tlaxcala.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha iniciativa presentada ante el Pleno, pretende homologar la legislaci\u00f3n actual, con las diversas reformas que ha habido en la materia tanto a nivel estatal como nacional, al igual que ampliar el glosario de la Ley con la finalidad de garantizar la adecuada interpretaci\u00f3n del marco legal y de incorporar los medios actuales de atenci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, tambi\u00e9n busca precisar los conceptos empleados en la Ley, procurando mayor efectividad en el acceso a la justicia laboral, adicionando tambi\u00e9n los t\u00e9rminos de audiencia presencial y audiencia virtual, a fin de que se actualicen las adecuaciones necesarias de esta actualidad y que el marco jur\u00eddico sea vigente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, ser\u00e1 en pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas que se turne al Pleno del Poder Legislativo para su discusi\u00f3n y en su caso aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 La iniciativa fue presentada por el diputado Fabricio Mena Rodr\u00edguez a fin de precisar los conceptos de la Ley y con ello garantizar mayor efectividad.
