{"id":106222,"date":"2023-03-08T11:58:38","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T17:58:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=106222"},"modified":"2023-03-08T11:58:39","modified_gmt":"2023-03-08T17:58:39","slug":"emite-tlaxcala-capital-recomendaciones-por-altas-temperaturas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=106222","title":{"rendered":"Emite Tlaxcala Capital recomendaciones por altas temperaturas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>El Servicio Meteorol\u00f3gico Nacional pronostica temperaturas de hasta 30 grados en territorio tlaxcalteca, por lo que es debido extremar precauciones<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El municipio de Tlaxcala podr\u00eda alcanzar temperaturas de hasta 30 grados y lluvias puntuales en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, de acuerdo con el Servicio Meteorol\u00f3gico Nacional (SMN), por lo que es importante que la poblaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 informada y alerta ante cualquier eventualidad causada por estos fen\u00f3menos clim\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Coordinaci\u00f3n Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil reitera el llamado a la poblaci\u00f3n para prevenir afectaciones en la salud a causa de la creciente ola de calor, como utilizar filtros de protecci\u00f3n solar; mantener una hidrataci\u00f3n constante, sobre todo para ni\u00f1os y adultos mayores; y evitar la exposici\u00f3n prolongada a los rayos del sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se recomienda limitar la exposici\u00f3n al sol y la actividad f\u00edsica prolongada en las horas centrales del d\u00eda, utilizar ropa de colores claros y protegerse con sombreros, gorras y gafas de sol;
