La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos (CEDH) abri\u00f3 el expediente de investigaci\u00f3n n\u00famero TLAX\/18\/2023\/PVG-RS, por la muerte de Arturo N., persona privada de su libertad en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social (Cereso) del municipio de Tlaxcala, por presunto suicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal del Organismo Aut\u00f3nomo acudi\u00f3 al Hospital General ubicado en la comunidad de San Mat\u00edas Tepetomatitl\u00e1n, del municipio de Apetatitl\u00e1n, donde la persona privada de su libertad fue trasladada a\u00fan con vida para su atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, sin embargo, minutos despu\u00e9s se report\u00f3 su fallecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Posteriormente, personal de la CEDH acudi\u00f3 al Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), donde presenci\u00f3 la necropsia de ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
