encargada de&nbsp;sustanciar expediente parlamentario procedente o no de responsabilidad pol\u00edtica<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las y los legisladores integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado aprobaron la propuesta con proyecto de acuerdo por el que se crea la Comisi\u00f3n Especial de diputados la cual tiene por objeto recabar y aportar los medios de prueba que acreditan la plena responsabilidad pol\u00edtica o no del servidor p\u00fablico denunciado, que obran en los expedientes parlamentarios LXIV032\/2022, LXIV 106 \/2022 y LXIV 127\/2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la propuesta presentada por las y los integrantes de la Mesa Directiva y en total cumplimiento al art\u00edculo 83 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Tlaxcala y el art\u00edculo 89 fracci\u00f3n II del Reglamento Interior el Congreso del Estado, se design\u00f3 a la diputada Reyna Flor B\u00e1ez Lozano como presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Especial y a los legisladores Jos\u00e9 Gilberto Temoltzin Mart\u00ednez y Brenda Cecilia Villantes Rodr\u00edguez como vocales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, corresponder\u00e1 a la Comisi\u00f3n Especial realizar la sustanciaci\u00f3n correspondiente para determinar o no la responsabilidad pol\u00edtica del denunciado, presentar el informe respectivo ante el Pleno de esta
