{"id":106882,"date":"2023-03-29T08:55:54","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T14:55:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=106882"},"modified":"2023-03-29T08:55:56","modified_gmt":"2023-03-29T14:55:56","slug":"informo-la-comision-instructora-de-juicio-politico-resolutivos-de-diversos-expedientes-parlamentarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=106882","title":{"rendered":"Inform\u00f3 la Comisi\u00f3n Instructora de Juicio Pol\u00edtico, resolutivos de diversos expedientes parlamentarios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<em>Una vez presentados los informes, se avanza en el desahogo de los expedientes.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlaxcala, Tlax., a 28 de marzo de 2023&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la vig\u00e9sima primera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria la Comisi\u00f3n Instructora de Juicio Pol\u00edtico, Declaraci\u00f3n de Procedencia, Desafuero y Responsabilidad de Mun\u00edcipes, que preside el diputado Miguel \u00c1ngel Caballero Yonca, present\u00f3 los informes correspondientes a diversos expedientes parlamentarios que le fueron turnados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la m\u00e1xima tribuna tlaxcalteca, la comisi\u00f3n instructora de Juicio Pol\u00edtico, inform\u00f3 al pleno de la LXIV Legislatura, la procedencia o no de las denuncias de juicio pol\u00edtico relativo a diversos expedientes parlamentarios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, la Comisi\u00f3n Instructora un vez analizados los expedientes parlamentarios LXIV-SPPJP002\/2021, LXIV-SPPJP003\/2021, LXIV-SPPJP005\/2022, LXIV-SPPJP006\/2022, LXIV-SPPJP007\/2022 Y LXIV-SPPJP008\/2022, en cumplimiento a lo establecido en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, la Ley de Responsabilidades de los Servidores P\u00fablicos para el Estado de Tlaxcala y el Reglamento Interior del Congreso del Estado, dio cuenta al Pleno el desechamiento de los mismos como resoluci\u00f3n dictada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En consecuencia de lo anterior, el presidente de la Mesa Directiva instruy\u00f3 integrar dichos informes en sus expedientes correspondientes y darse por concluidos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022&nbsp;Una vez presentados los informes, se avanza en el desahogo de los expedientes.&nbsp;
