Elementos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal, Vialidad y Protecci\u00f3n Civil de Chiautempan, detuvieron a un sujeto con orden de aprehensi\u00f3n vigente por violencia de g\u00e9nero, en agravio a su expareja sentimental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En un recorrido preventivo que realizaban elementos policiales como parte de la estrategia de seguridad p\u00fablica municipal, los uniformados fueron notificados sobre una discusi\u00f3n entre particulares en la calle Ferrocarril, por lo cual, se trasladaron de inmediato para mediar el conflicto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En su arribo, los oficiales se percataron de que un hombre y una mujer discut\u00edan en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica y que, al ser detectados, el sujeto opt\u00f3 por simular un problema de salud al tenderse en el piso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mientras el sujeto era valorado por param\u00e9dicos que fueron requeridos en el lugar, la v\u00edctima, relat\u00f3 que se trataba de su expareja sentimental y que interpuso una denuncia en su contra, bajo concepto de violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esto, permiti\u00f3 a los uniformados realizar una consulta en la Plataforma M\u00e9xico de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), la cual, arroj\u00f3 que el hombre, identificado como Omar N., de 34 a\u00f1os de edad, contaba con dos \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n pendientes, sumado a una nueva denuncia que fue interpuesta por la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante este hecho, los elementos policiales procedieron a la legal detenci\u00f3n quien posteriormente fue trasladado a la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal, Vialidad y Protecci\u00f3n Civil de Chiautempan para mantenerlo bajo resguardo y dieron parte a la PGJE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luego, elementos del Departamento de Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la PGJE, se identificaron debidamente para poder iniciar el proceso de entrega del sujeto, quien ser\u00e1 puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la dependencia estatal para enfrentar los cargos por los que se le acusa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
