{"id":108101,"date":"2023-04-28T14:48:44","date_gmt":"2023-04-28T20:48:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=108101"},"modified":"2023-04-28T14:48:44","modified_gmt":"2023-04-28T20:48:44","slug":"ayuntamiento-de-puebla-recupera-espacio-publico-en-inmediaciones-del-mercado-de-amalucan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=108101","title":{"rendered":"AYUNTAMIENTO DE PUEBLA RECUPERA ESPACIO P\u00daBLICO EN INMEDIACIONES DEL MERCADO DE AMALUCAN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Se retiran estructuras met\u00e1licas, lonas y artefactos que obstaculizaban el paso peatonal y dificultaban el flujo vehicular.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de recuperar el espacio p\u00fablico y el orden en inmediaciones del Mercado de Amalucan y tras meses de di\u00e1logo con las y los locatarios, el Ayuntamiento de Puebla -presidido por Eduardo Rivera P\u00e9rez- implement\u00f3 un operativo en este punto al norte de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En espec\u00edfico se retiraron estructuras met\u00e1licas, as\u00ed como lonas y artefactos que imped\u00edan el paso peatonal y dificultaban el flujo vehicular, esto tras la negativa de algunos vendedores de volver a ocupar los espacios al interior del recinto comercial, aun cuando \u00e9stos ya han sido dignificados y est\u00e1n en \u00f3ptimas condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe resaltar que las y los comerciantes fueron notificados hace m\u00e1s de 15 d\u00edas que deb\u00eda regresar al interior del mercado, por lo que se lleva a cabo este acto de autoridad por parte de Gobernaci\u00f3n Municipal con el apoyo de las Secretar\u00edas de Seguridad Ciudadana; Movilidad e Infraestructura; adem\u00e1s de Econom\u00eda y Turismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante se\u00f1alar que el despliegue se realiz\u00f3 con estricto apego a derecho y ante la presencia de un Notario P\u00fablico y visitadores de Derechos Humanos para garantizar que toda acci\u00f3n se realice sin violar las garant\u00edas de las y los involucrados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se retiran estructuras met\u00e1licas, lonas y artefactos que obstaculizaban el paso peatonal y dificultaban el flujo vehicular.
