Es por eso que este jueves se realiz\u00f3 su Asamblea Estatal con car\u00e1cter de Congreso Electivo, en el que qued\u00f3 integrado su Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo; advierten que el TCyA no tiene pretexto para otorgarles la toma de nota<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con mil 568 votos a favor, 20 nulos, mil 262 boletas sin utilizar y tres extraviadas, este jueves los agremiados al sindicato 7 de Mayo eligieron a la Planilla Verde, liderada por Enrique Escobar Cort\u00e9s, como su Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo que deber\u00e1 estar en funciones hasta el primer viernes de abril de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En total acudieron mil 705 bur\u00f3cratas a emitir su sufragio a la Asamblea Estatal con car\u00e1cter de Congreso Electivo, que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el auditorio \u201cEmilio S\u00e1nchez Piedras\u201d de la ciudad de Apizaco, donde el evento se desarroll\u00f3 sin contratiempos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por tercera vez, luego de que el Tribunal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje del Estado (TCyA) les ha rechazado otorgar la toma de nota, los trabajadores al servicio de los poderes, municipios y poderes descentralizados, eligieron a Enrique Escobar Cort\u00e9s como su secretario general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luego de tomar protesta, los integrantes del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo aseguraron que cumplieron cabalmente con todos los requisitos legales para elegir a su dirigencia sindical, por lo que advirtieron que el TCyA no tiene excusas ni pretextos para autorizar la toma de nota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con ello, los trabajadores volver\u00e1n a tener certeza en su representaci\u00f3n y los temas contractuales y servicios que est\u00e1n parados, tendr\u00e1n que volver a fluir en respeto a sus derechos laborales ganados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
