El trabajo coordinado y la inmediata reacci\u00f3n de polic\u00edas de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal, Vialidad y Transporte de Apizaco, permiti\u00f3 el rescate y aseguramiento de un sujeto, quien fue sorprendido cometiendo el delito de robo de autopartes en la unidad habitacional San Rafael Atlixtac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A trav\u00e9s de un reporte emitido al Centro de Control y Comando U2, se conoci\u00f3 sobre la existencia de un grupo de personas reteniendo a un hombre, quien minutos antes se hab\u00eda apoderado de manera ilegal del autoest\u00e9reo de un veh\u00edculo de la marca Volkswagen, el cu\u00e1l estaba estacionado en la zona, por ello, los servidores p\u00fablicos se trasladaron al lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al llegar, los oficiales confirmaron el reporte, sin embargo, al notar el comportamiento inusual de los vecinos para hacer justicia por su propia mano, activaron el protocolo antilinchamiento con el fin de rescatar y salvaguardar la integridad f\u00edsica del acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al estar implicado en un hecho constitutivo del delito y tras darle lectura a los derechos que le asisten como persona detenida, el hombre identificado como Juan Carlos N., de 38 a\u00f1os de edad, fue trasladado a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado para ser puesto a disposici\u00f3n, con el fin de que se inicien las investigaciones en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
