\u2022 Vend\u00edan bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas fuera de los horarios permitidos y los encargados no presentaron licencia de funcionamientoPersonal de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Gobierno Abierto del Ayuntamiento de Tlaxcala coloc\u00f3 sellos de suspensi\u00f3n en el establecimiento denominado \u201cEl Sem\u00e1foro\u201d, localizado en la comunidad de Ixtulco, al carecer de licencia de funcionamiento vigente, dictamen de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y por la venta de bebidas embriagantes fuera de los horarios establecidos en el Decreto para la Venta y Consumo de Bebidas Alcoh\u00f3licas en el Estado de Tlaxcala.Durante el operativo de inspecci\u00f3n administrativa realizado la noche del viernes, se encontr\u00f3 que la tienda de conveniencia no contaba con el dictamen correspondiente de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y no ten\u00eda a la vista licencia de funcionamiento con fecha actualizada, ya que solo se mostr\u00f3 una foto de celular de dicho documento, con fecha de 2021.Por instrucciones del alcalde de Tlaxcala, Jorge Corichi<\/a>, se realizan inspecciones permanentes a los establecimientos donde se consumen y venden bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas y se tendr\u00e1 cero tolerancia con aquellos giros que vendan alcohol a menores de edad, que no cumplan con los reglamentos, leyes y permisos y que representen un riesgo para la sociedad.#TlaxcalaCapitalM\u00e1sSegura<\/a>\"\ud83d\udc46\ud83c\udffe\"\"\ud83d\udc4d\ud83c\udffe\"\"\ud83d\udc4a\ud83c\udffe\"<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
