{"id":111482,"date":"2023-07-21T12:37:58","date_gmt":"2023-07-21T18:37:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=111482"},"modified":"2023-07-24T12:38:05","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T18:38:05","slug":"propone-diputado-ruben-teran-reforma-constitucional-en-materia-de-fiscalizacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=111482","title":{"rendered":"Propone diputado Rub\u00e9n Ter\u00e1n reforma constitucional en materia de fiscalizaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>\u2022&nbsp;<\/em><em>La reforma cambiar\u00eda la fecha de dictaminaci\u00f3n de los municipios en el a\u00f1o de elecciones y ampliar\u00e1 el cat\u00e1logo de los profesionistas aspirantes a ser titular del \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior.<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlaxcala, Tlax.,a 21 de julio de 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la octava sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, el diputado Miguel \u00c1ngel Caballero Yonca dio lectura a la iniciativa propuesta por el diputado Rub\u00e9n Ter\u00e1n \u00c1guila, por la que se reforman diversas disposiciones de los art\u00edculos 54 y 106 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador pretende cambiar la fecha l\u00edmite de dictaminaci\u00f3n de las cuentas p\u00fablicas de los municipios en el a\u00f1o de elecciones de los Ayuntamientos. As\u00ed la fecha l\u00edmite para la dictaminaci\u00f3n del periodo enero-junio (en el a\u00f1o de elecciones) sea el 15 de diciembre, y los dos \u00faltimos trimestres se sujetar\u00e1n al periodo ordinario de presentaci\u00f3n y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto a la reforma del art\u00edculo 106 de nuestro m\u00e0ximo ordenamiento local, el diputado Rub\u00e9n Ter\u00e1n \u00c1guila, propone ampliar el cat\u00e1logo de perfiles profesionales&nbsp;&nbsp;para ser titular del \u00f3rgano fiscalizador estatal, reafirma que la experiencia m\u00ednima sea de cinco a\u00f1os en materia de fiscalizaci\u00f2n p\u00fablica y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos para su estudio y dictaminaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022&nbsp;La reforma cambiar\u00eda la fecha de dictaminaci\u00f3n de los municipios en el a\u00f1o de elecciones y ampliar\u00e1 el cat\u00e1logo de los profesionistas aspirantes a ser titular del \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior.
