\u2022 Se modificar\u00e1n los art\u00edculos 54 y 106 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, en materia de fiscalizaci\u00f3n<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las diputadas y diputados integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside el diputado Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar, aprobaron el dictamen con proyecto de decreto por el que se reforma los art\u00edculos 54 y 106 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dicha iniciativa fue presentada ante el pleno por el diputado Rub\u00e9n Ter\u00e1n \u00c1guila del grupo parlamentario de Morena y turnada a esta comisi\u00f3n para su an\u00e1lisis, discusi\u00f3n y dictamen correspondiente, por lo que las y los diputados integrantes, realizaron el an\u00e1lisis correspondiente para aprobar dicha reforma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el estudio, el diputado iniciador recalc\u00f3 que la presentaci\u00f3n de esta iniciativa tiene como finalidad poder reformar la constituci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica local en materia de fiscalizaci\u00f3n, destacando en primer lugar la temporalidad de las cuentas p\u00fablicas y en un segundo momento, modificar y esclarecer los requisitos para ocupar el cargo de auditor p\u00fablico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed mismo se estableci\u00f3 la urgencia de realizar estas modificaciones, ya que en pr\u00f3ximos meses esta legislatura tendr\u00e1 a bien llevar el proceso de designaci\u00f3n del nuevo auditor o auditora superior del Estado, por lo que se debe mantener claridad en los requisitos legales para poder ocupar el cargo y garantizar un perfil eficiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una vez que dicho dictamen fue aprobado en comisi\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 presentado en d\u00edas posteriores ante el Pleno de esta soberan\u00eda para su discusi\u00f3n, votaci\u00f3n y en su caso aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
