\u00b7       Se realizaron ajustes a la constituci\u00f3n local a fin de establecer los mecanismos de reforzamiento, operativo, funcional y material para el \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior (OFS).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las y los diputados locales de la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, aprobaron el Dictamen con Proyecto de decreto por el que se reforman el inciso b) de la fracci\u00f3n XVII del art\u00edculo 54 y las fracciones III y V del art\u00edculo 106 ambos de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, iniciativa del diputado Rub\u00e9n Ter\u00e1n \u00c1guila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la m\u00e1xima tribuna tlaxcalteca, se dio lectura al dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside el diputado Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar, mismo en el que se establece que dicha iniciativa busca realizar ajustes a la constituci\u00f3n local a fin de establecer los mecanismos de reforzamiento, operativo, funcional y material para el \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior (OFS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el diputado Rub\u00e9n Ter\u00e1n \u00c1guila, recalc\u00f3 que esta iniciativa tiene como objetivo principal realizar la ampliaci\u00f3n de los perfiles y ramas de cargo, para poder acceder como propuesta de titular del \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese mismo sentido, aclar\u00f3 que el dictamen pretende armonizar los tiempos procesales de fiscalizaci\u00f3n ante el Congreso, a efecto de empatar el calendario de dictaminaci\u00f3n de las cuentas p\u00fablicas, tanto del Ejecutivo Estatal como de los municipios, cuando se encuentren en proceso de renovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta manera se busca armonizar las leyes para que en procesos electorales se mantengan claros los procedimientos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
