Elementos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal, Vialidad y Transporte de Apizaco, arrestaron a Marlon N., por su presunta responsabilidad en la comisi\u00f3n de delitos contra la Ley federal de armas de fuego y explosivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Polic\u00edas del Grupo de Binomios Caninos \u00abK9\u00bb y de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n, realizaban labores de prevenci\u00f3n y vigilancia por motivo de las romerias taur\u00ednas, cuando detectaron a un sujeto realizando detonaciones de arma de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al aproximarse al individuo, \u00e9ste intent\u00f3 ocultar el artefacto entre sus prendas, sin embargo, una inspecci\u00f3n corporal preventiva permiti\u00f3 a los uniformados hallarle el arma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al ser cuestionado por la documentaci\u00f3n del arma de fuego, el individuo reconoci\u00f3 que no contaba con los permisos correspondientes para su portaci\u00f3n, por lo que, al ser un hecho constitutivo del delito, y al existir flagrancia, el sujeto, de 19 a\u00f1os de edad originario de Yauhquemehcan, fue trasladado a la Comisar\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El imputado, as\u00ed como el arma y los cartuchos \u00fatiles, fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n de la Delegaci\u00f3n Estatal de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), para continuar con el proceso legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
