{"id":115111,"date":"2023-10-10T09:14:24","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T15:14:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=115111"},"modified":"2023-10-10T09:14:25","modified_gmt":"2023-10-10T15:14:25","slug":"inicia-cedht-investigacion-por-incidente-de-policias-en-delegacion-de-tlaxco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=115111","title":{"rendered":"Inicia CEDHT investigaci\u00f3n por incidente de polic\u00edas en delegaci\u00f3n de Tlaxco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Personal de la Defensor\u00eda de Tlaxco se har\u00e1n cargo para determinar si hubo actos que vulneren los derechos de los servidores p\u00fablicos involucrados.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos de Tlaxcala (CEDH) inicio investigaci\u00f3n directa sobre los hechos registrados la delegaci\u00f3n de Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) del municipio de Tlaxco, donde de acuerdo con publicaciones period\u00edsticas, un oficial habr\u00eda lesionado por accidente a dos de sus compa\u00f1eros tras manipular de manera equivocada un arma de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Ombudsperson, Jakqueline Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez Brasdefer, inform\u00f3 que, desde esta tarde instruy\u00f3 al personal adscrito a la Defensor\u00eda de Derechos Humanos de dicho municipio para realizar las investigaciones para confirmar, en primera instancia, los hechos denunciados, el car\u00e1cter de las personas involucradas al hecho, como servidores p\u00fablicos o de v\u00edctimas, y determinar si fueron objeto de alguna violaci\u00f3n a sus derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su caso, brindarles el respaldo de la CEDH en caso de requerir la intervenci\u00f3n de esta dependencia y si desean presentar queja por estos hechos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Personal de la Defensor\u00eda de Tlaxco se har\u00e1n cargo para determinar si hubo actos que vulneren los derechos de los servidores p\u00fablicos involucrados.
