Durante la d\u00e9cima segunda sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso de Tlaxcala, las y los diputados aprobaron el dictamen con proyecto de Decreto, por el que se reforma la fracci\u00f3n IV del art\u00edculo 15 de la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n para el Estado de Tlaxcala que presentaron las Comisiones Unidas de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda, y la de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que presiden las diputadas Laura Alejandra Ram\u00edrez Ortiz, y Reyna Flor B\u00e1ez Lozano, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dicha iniciativa, fue propuesta por la diputa Maribel Le\u00f3n Cruz, con el objetivo de garantizar servicios educativos que propicien espacios sanos y de paz, libre de cualquier tipo de violencia, as\u00ed como el de combatir la discriminaci\u00f3n y la violencia, en cualquiera de sus manifestaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta manera, las y los integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura, aprobaron reformar la fracci\u00f3n IV del art\u00edculo 15 de la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n para el Estado de Tlaxcala. Con esta reforma, se establece que entre las medidas que se implementar\u00e1n en los servicios educativos se podr\u00e1 incluir la impartici\u00f3n de talleres y actividades extracurriculares espec\u00edficas, inculcando el respeto a los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Decreto entrar\u00e1 en vigor el d\u00eda siguiente al de su publicaci\u00f3n en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Gobierno del Estado. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
