\u2022<\/strong> <\/strong>Las actividades son organizadas por el gobierno municipal a trav\u00e9s del SMDIF<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Adultos mayores de la capital del estado, participan en actividades de car\u00e1cter recreativo y cultural, que lleva a cabo el Ayuntamiento de Tlaxcala a trav\u00e9s del Sistema Municipal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (SMDIF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n En este sentido, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una rutina de activaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, con la finalidad de promover una coordinaci\u00f3n en el adulto mayor, por medio de la motricidad fina y gruesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dicha actividad, se realiz\u00f3 con los grupos de adultos mayores \u00abBello Atardecer\u00bb de la comunidad de San Diego Metepec, \u00abExperiencia y Sabidur\u00eda\u00bb de la comunidad de San Gabriel Cuauhtla y \u00abAmor y Amistad\u00bb de la delegaci\u00f3n Adolfo L\u00f3pez Mateos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Por otra parte, tambi\u00e9n el SMDIF de Tlaxcala Capital, realiza una serie de recorridos con diversos grupos de adultos mayores en el Zool\u00f3gico del Altiplano de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En esta ocasi\u00f3n, fue a trav\u00e9s del grupo de adultos mayores \u00abJ\u00f3venes Din\u00e1micos\u00bb de la comunidad de San Hip\u00f3lito Chimalpa, con la finalidad de realizar una visita recreativa, as\u00ed como llevar a cabo activaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, todo con el fin de promover un envejecimiento activo y saludable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" \u2022 Las actividades son organizadas por el gobierno municipal a trav\u00e9s del SMDIF Adultos mayores de la capital del estado, participan en actividades de car\u00e1cter recreativo y cultural, que lleva a cabo el Ayuntamiento de Tlaxcala a trav\u00e9s del Sistema Municipal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (SMDIF).
