{"id":116886,"date":"2023-11-14T11:30:19","date_gmt":"2023-11-14T17:30:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=116886"},"modified":"2023-11-15T11:30:29","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T17:30:29","slug":"presenta-comision-especial-informe-respecto-al-expediente-parlamentario-lxiv-sppjp016-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=116886","title":{"rendered":"Presenta Comisi\u00f3n Especial informe respecto al expediente parlamentario\u00a0LXIV-SPPJP016\/2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>\u00b7<\/em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><em>Una vez recabadas las pruebas correspondientes a dicho expediente, se declar\u00f3 la extinci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Especial.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este martes, durante la vig\u00e9sima primera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Congreso local, la Comisi\u00f3n Especial de diputados integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura encargada de recabar pruebas inherentes al procedimiento de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato del S\u00edndico Integrante del Ayuntamiento de Panotla, present\u00f3 el informe correspondiente y una vez cumplido su objetivo, se declar\u00f3 formalmente su extinci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su calidad de presidente de dicha Comisi\u00f3n Especial el diputado Lenin Calva y como vocales los legisladores Fabricio Mena Rodr\u00edguez y Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, recabaron las pruebas y datos que permiten sustentar dicha solicitud de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato a fin de sustanciar el expediente parlamentario&nbsp;LXIV-SPPJP016\/2023 a fin de que se le d\u00e9 el seguimiento correspondiente a los efectos legales de los que haya lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicho informe fue turnado a la Comisi\u00f3n de Instructora de Juicio Pol\u00edtico, Declaraci\u00f3n de Procedencia, Desafuero y Responsabilidad de Mun\u00edcipes para su estudio, an\u00e1lisis y dictamen correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Una vez recabadas las pruebas correspondientes a dicho expediente, se declar\u00f3 la extinci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Especial.
