La nueva Ley de Movilidad que aprob\u00f3 el Congreso de Puebla prev\u00e9 ex\u00e1menes completos para tener el permiso y otros temas de convivencia y estacionamiento<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beber alcohol y manejar bajo estos efectos podr\u00eda llevarte a perder tu licencia de conducir en Puebla, de acuerdo con la ley aprobada este jueves 16 de noviembre por el Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de la Ley de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial del Estado de Puebla que se aprob\u00f3 en el Congreso e implic\u00f3 varios meses de foros ciudadanos y revisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el art\u00edculo 127 se considera que las autoridades en el \u00e1mbito de su competencia realizar\u00e1n operativos de alcoholimetr\u00eda de manera permanente para evitar la conducci\u00f3n bajo el efecto de alcohol en l\u00edmites establecidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la misma ley, los l\u00edmites no deben ser superiores a&nbsp; 0.25 miligramos en el aire espirado o&nbsp;0.05 gramos en la sangre, para quienes conducen veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de los motociclistas los l\u00edmites no deben superar el 0.1 miligramos en el aire espirado y los 0.02 gramos en la sangre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que quienes conducen transporte de pasajeros y de carga tienen totalmente prohibida cualquier concentraci\u00f3n de alcohol por espiraci\u00f3n o en la sangre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8211;
