2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cumplimiento a lo establecido en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo y el Reglamento Interior del Congreso del Estado, la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside la diputada Reyna Flor B\u00e1ez Lozano,&nbsp;&nbsp;present\u00f3 ante el Pleno, el dictamen con proyecto acuerdo, por el que se autoriza al Comit\u00e9 de Administraci\u00f3n de la LXIV Legislatura que preside el diputado Vicente Morales P\u00e9rez, la desincorporaci\u00f3n y baja de diversos bienes muebles que han perdido su vida \u00fatil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la m\u00e1xima tribuna tlaxcalteca, las y los diputados locales, aprobaron autorizar la baja de 311 bienes muebles propiedad del Congreso del Estado, ya que no re\u00fanen las caracter\u00edsticas necesarias para considerarse parte del patrimonio de este Poder Legislativo, todo esto conforme a lo establecido en las normas del Consejo Nacional de Armonizaci\u00f3n Contable vigente, Reglas Espec\u00edficas de Registro y Valoraci\u00f3n del Patrimonio del Consejo Nacional de Armonizaci\u00f3n Contable (CONAC).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, la LXIV Legislatura aprob\u00f3 la desincorporaci\u00f3n de 311 bienes muebles, cuya vida \u00fatil ha
