ni\u00f1os j\u00f3venes y adultos que se dieron cita en la Plaza de la Constituci\u00f3n es que aprenda las t\u00e9cnicas b\u00e1sicas de defensa ante cualquier situaci\u00f3n que se pudiera presentar y que pueda poner en riesgo su integridad f\u00edsica.Con este tipo de acciones la Direcci\u00f3n de Bienestar Humano busca promover estrategias que redunden en beneficio de los ciudadanos de Tlaxcala
