{"id":118032,"date":"2023-12-12T16:00:50","date_gmt":"2023-12-12T22:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=118032"},"modified":"2023-12-12T16:00:51","modified_gmt":"2023-12-12T22:00:51","slug":"60-anos-de-carcel-por-abuso-sexual-a-adolescente-en-zacatlan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=118032","title":{"rendered":"60 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel por abuso sexual a adolescente en Zacatl\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) de Puebla&nbsp;le dict\u00f3 una sentencia de 60 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a Efr\u00e9n N. por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada en la comunidad de Xonotla del municipio de Zacatl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la investigaci\u00f3n qued\u00f3 se\u00f1alado que, el 30 de diciembre de 2018, el hoy sentenciado,&nbsp;atac\u00f3 sexualmente a la adolescente&nbsp;cuando ambos&nbsp;acudieron al domicilio de unos familiares en la localidad de Xonotla del municipio de Zacatl\u00e1n.&nbsp; Adem\u00e1s, se corrobor\u00f3 que la&nbsp;v\u00edctima ya hab\u00eda sido agredida por Efr\u00e9n N. en al menos tres ocasiones&nbsp;m\u00e1s en su&nbsp;vivienda de San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tomar conocimiento, la Fiscal\u00eda del Estado ejercit\u00f3 acci\u00f3n penal contra el responsable y lo present\u00f3 ante la autoridad judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la exhibici\u00f3n de material probatorio, el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento encontr\u00f3 culpable al acusado, por lo que emiti\u00f3 el fallo condenatorio y resolvi\u00f3 una sentencia en su contra de 60 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, multa de 115 mil 460 pesos y 241 mil 800 pesos como pago de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) de Puebla&nbsp;le dict\u00f3 una sentencia de 60 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a Efr\u00e9n N. por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada en la comunidad de Xonotla del municipio de Zacatl\u00e1n.
