declar\u00f3 fundado el reclamo de Jorge Polvo Sandoval en el expediente TET-JDC-079\/2023 acumulado al expediente TET-JE-072\/2023, respecto de la notificaci\u00f3n que se le realiz\u00f3 de la sentencia dictada en este asunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a que no se efectu\u00f3 una notificaci\u00f3n personal y ante la trascendencia que esa comunicaci\u00f3n procesal tiene para el justiciable, para hacer de su conocimiento la decisi\u00f3n que se tom\u00f3 respecto de la controversia que someti\u00f3 a consideraci\u00f3n de este \u00d3rgano Jurisdiccional y para maximizar su derecho de acceso a la justicia, as\u00ed como la tutela judicial efectiva, se dej\u00f3 sin efectos la notificaci\u00f3n que se le realiz\u00f3 al actor a trav\u00e9s de correo electr\u00f3nico respecto de la sentencia dictada en este asunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior se instruy\u00f3 realizar dicha notificaci\u00f3n de forma personal en el domicilio que el promovente se\u00f1al\u00f3 en actuaciones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El acuerdo plenario aprobado por unanimidad de votos por parte de la Magistrada Presidenta y Magistrados del Tribunal Electoral de Tlaxcala (TET), Claudia Salvador Angel, Miguel Nava Xochitiotzi y Lino Noe Montiel Sosa, durante la \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria del 2023,&nbsp;
