Al robustecer los esquemas de reacci\u00f3n policial ante situaciones de riesgo, la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) asegur\u00f3 a un masculino por tentativa de robo de veh\u00edculo con violencia en la colonia Loma Xicoht\u00e9ncatl, del municipio de Tlaxcala. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Operaciones delegaci\u00f3n Tlaxcala y al realizar patrullajes preventivos, oficiales fueron alertados por un grupo de personas que manifest\u00f3 sobre un sujeto que minutos antes hab\u00eda intentado robar un veh\u00edculo y que se encontraba agrediendo al due\u00f1o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la calle 3, polic\u00edas estatales visualizaron a dos personas del sexo masculino, uno de ellos se encontraba golpeando al propietario de la unidad con un objeto met\u00e1lico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al notar la presencia policial, la v\u00edctima solicit\u00f3 ayuda a los guardianes del orden y tras un se\u00f1alamiento directo, detuvieron a Gonzalo N., de 29 de edad, ya que minutos antes lo sorprendieron tratando de abrir un veh\u00edculo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por lo anterior, oficiales detuvieron a dicho hombre y, conforme a los protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n policial, le realizaron una revisi\u00f3n preventiva, ubicando dentro de una cangurera un objeto met\u00e1lico \u00f3ptimo para agredir con caracter\u00edsticas similares a las de un arma de fuego. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por tal motivo y ante la presencia de un probable hecho constitutivo de delito, le informaron al detenido sobre sus derechos constitucionales y, junto con lo asegurado, lo trasladaron ante el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, quien definir\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica e iniciar\u00e1 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n del caso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
