{"id":119881,"date":"2024-01-31T00:33:29","date_gmt":"2024-01-31T06:33:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=119881"},"modified":"2024-01-31T00:33:29","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T06:33:29","slug":"recibe-congreso-informe-anual-de-actividades-del-tribunal-de-justicia-administrativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=119881","title":{"rendered":"Recibe Congreso Informe anual de actividades del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>El magistrado El\u00edas Cortes Roa destac\u00f3 que dicho informe contiene las acciones y asuntos del TJA, as\u00ed como el informe financiero correspondiente.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este martes, el diputado Jos\u00e9 Gilberto Temoltzin Mart\u00ednez, presidente de la Mesa Directiva del Congreso del Estado y la diputada Marcela Gonz\u00e1lez Castillo, presidenta de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, recibieron el Informe Anual de Actividades del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa del Estado (TJA), de manos del Magistrado El\u00edas Cortes Roa presidente de dicho \u00f3rgano aut\u00f3nomo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el sal\u00f3n Verde del Recinto legislativo, el legislador Pepe Temoltzin destac\u00f3 la labor institucional como testimonio del compromiso con la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, la transparencia, el combate a la corrupci\u00f3n y la responsabilidad administrativa \u00aben este momento crucial, subrayo la importancia de mantener altos est\u00e1ndares \u00e9ticos en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica para fortalecer la confianza ciudadana\u00bb, puntualiz\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el magistrado El\u00edas Cortes Roa, presidente del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa del Estado de Tlaxcala, destac\u00f3 que, en este informe anual de actividades, se rinde cuenta de todos los asuntos que ha conocido este tribunal, as\u00ed como la transparencia en la aplicaci\u00f3n del gasto p\u00fablico \u00abtenemos la confianza y la seguridad de estar haciendo las cosas de forma debida, por ello establecemos la parte financiera, para que tenga conocimiento este Congreso y la ciudadan\u00eda tlaxcalteca\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presidenta de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, la diputada, Marcela Gonz\u00e1lez Castillo, reconoci\u00f3 la labor del magistrado para preservar el estado de derecho en la entidad, donde adem\u00e1s se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, \u00abeste ejercicio de transparencia fortalece la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y refrenda el compromiso y vocaci\u00f3n social de las instituciones con la ciudadan\u00eda tlaxcalteca\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que conforme lo establece la legislaci\u00f3n local y el compromiso de la LXIV Legislatura para garantizar los principios de transparencia, rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y m\u00e1xima publicidad, dicho informe ser\u00e1 analizado por las y los diputados locales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este acto, tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes, la diputada Mar\u00eda Guillermina Loaiza Cortero y los diputados Vicente Morales P\u00e9rez y Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0El magistrado El\u00edas Cortes Roa destac\u00f3 que dicho informe contiene las acciones y asuntos del TJA, as\u00ed como el informe financiero correspondiente.
