{"id":120332,"date":"2024-02-15T21:00:22","date_gmt":"2024-02-16T03:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=120332"},"modified":"2024-02-15T21:00:24","modified_gmt":"2024-02-16T03:00:24","slug":"aprueba-la-lxiv-legislatura-minuta-en-materia-de-guardia-nacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=120332","title":{"rendered":"Aprueba la LXIV Legislatura Minuta en materia de Guardia Nacional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Se aprob\u00f3 la minuta por el cual se interpreta el art\u00edculo tercero transitorio del decreto por el que se reforman, adicionan y derogan diversas disposiciones de la Carta Magna.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlaxcala, Tlax, a 15 de Febrero de 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las diputadas y diputados locales, integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura, durante la d\u00e9cima sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, aprobaron la minuta que interpreta el alcance del art\u00edculo tercero transitorio del decreto que reforma, adiciona y deroga diversas disposiciones de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gabriela Esperanza Brito Jim\u00e9nez y Rub\u00e9n Ter\u00e1n \u00c1guila, fueron los diputados que dieron voz al dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos que preside la diputada Reyna Flor B\u00e1ez Lozano, en donde se interpretan los alcances en lo dispuesto en el Art\u00edculo Tercero Transitorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, en materia de Guardia Nacional, se deber\u00e1n garantizar los derechos, prestaciones, pertenencia, rango, servicio y antig\u00fcedad del personal de las polic\u00edas militar y naval asignadas a la Guardia Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, las y los diputados locales, dan cumplimiento a la minuta remitida por el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, para dar resoluci\u00f3n a favor de los derechos, est\u00edmulos y prestaciones de los elementos asignados a la Guardia Nacional, a fin de que se les reconozca y se les compute todo el tiempo de servicios que presten en la misma al momento de su reasignaci\u00f3n, para los efectos de sumarlo a su antig\u00fcedad en las Fuerzas Armadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Se aprob\u00f3 la minuta por el cual se interpreta el art\u00edculo tercero transitorio del decreto por el que se reforman, adicionan y derogan diversas disposiciones de la Carta Magna.
