{"id":120573,"date":"2024-02-22T12:44:17","date_gmt":"2024-02-22T18:44:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=120573"},"modified":"2024-02-23T12:44:33","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T18:44:33","slug":"propone-diputado-vicente-morales-perez-reformar-ley-del-notariado-y-codigo-civil-para-el-estado-de-tlaxcala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=120573","title":{"rendered":"Propone diputado Vicente Morales P\u00e9rez reformar Ley del Notariado y C\u00f3digo Civil para el Estado de Tlaxcala"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Busca actualizar las leyes para un mayor alcance de los notarios.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la m\u00e1xima tribuna tlaxcalteca, el diputado Vicente Morales P\u00e9rez, integrante de la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, present\u00f3 ante el Pleno de esta Soberan\u00eda la iniciativa con proyecto de Decreto por que se reforman, adicionan y derogan diversas disposiciones de la Ley de Notariado y C\u00f3digo Civil para el estado de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello en esta iniciativa se destaca que el notario es una figura jur\u00eddica que representa confianza, fiabilidad y certeza, al ser un depositario legal y formal de las decisiones y situaciones que competen en las relaciones jur\u00eddicas entre particulares y frente al Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta iniciativa, el Diputado Vicente Morales P\u00e9rez busca actualizar y alinear el marco jur\u00eddico notarial, estableciendo mecanismos eficaces que permitan evolucionar al ritmo de los cambios en la sociedad humana, por lo tanto, resulta necesario ampliar los alcances legales y efectos jur\u00eddicos de un notario y en los actos que realiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, para su estudio, an\u00e1lisis y dictamen correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Busca actualizar las leyes para un mayor alcance de los notarios.
