{"id":120579,"date":"2024-02-23T12:46:31","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T18:46:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=120579"},"modified":"2024-02-23T12:46:32","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T18:46:32","slug":"designa-congreso-de-tlaxcala-a-nuevo-integrante-del-comite-de-participacion-ciudadana-del-saet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=120579","title":{"rendered":"Designa Congreso de Tlaxcala a nuevo integrante del Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del SAET"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Se design\u00f3 a V\u00edctor Cosetl Flores, como nuevo integrante del Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Sistema Anticorrupci\u00f3n del Estado de Tlaxcala<\/em><strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la d\u00e9cima segunda sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Congreso del Estado, las y los diputados integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura, aprobaron el dictamen con proyecto de Decreto, por el que se designa a la persona integrante del Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Sistema Anticorrupci\u00f3n del Estado de Tlaxcala (SAET), que present\u00f3 la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside la diputada Reyna Flor B\u00e1ez Lozano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es as\u00ed como, despu\u00e9s de llevar a cabo el procedimiento establecido en la Convocatoria emitida por esta Soberan\u00eda, y en apego a las capacidades mostradas por las personas aspirantes en las fases de evaluaci\u00f3n y audiencia p\u00fablica, en su modalidad de entrevista, se design\u00f3 a V\u00edctor Cosetl Flores, como nuevo integrante del Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Sistema Anticorrupci\u00f3n del Estado de Tlaxcala, durante el periodo comprendido del 28 de febrero de 2024 al 27 de febrero del 2029, en sustituci\u00f3n de \u00c9rika Montiel P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, con fundamento en lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 54 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala y en el art\u00edculo 14 del Reglamento Interior del Congreso local, V\u00edctor Cosetl Flores, compareci\u00f3 ante el Pleno del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala a rendir protesta de Ley, para iniciar el ejercicio de sus funciones, con el car\u00e1cter de integrante del Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del SAET.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Se design\u00f3 a V\u00edctor Cosetl Flores, como nuevo integrante del Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Sistema Anticorrupci\u00f3n del Estado de Tlaxcala.
