\u00b7      Fue a trav\u00e9s de oficio por el cual Soraya Noem\u00ed Bocardo Phillips solicit\u00f3 su renuncia a la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Pleno del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, aprob\u00f3 la propuesta con proyecto de Acuerdo por el que se acepta la renuncia de Soraya Noem\u00ed Bocardo Phillips como titular del Instituto de Estudios Legislativos del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, que present\u00f3 la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la lectura de la propuesta, se mencion\u00f3 que fue el 28 de febrero de 2024, cuando Soraya Noemi Bocardo Phillips, present\u00f3 un oficio ante la presidencia de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, a trav\u00e9s del cual manifest\u00f3 su renuncia a la titularidad de la direcci\u00f3n del Instituto de Estudios Legislativos del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, a partir del d\u00eda 29 de febrero de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por lo que, la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica procedi\u00f3 a analizar la solicitud, la cual fue aprobada por las y los diputados que integran este \u00d3rgano Colegiado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta manera, se da cumplimiento a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 54 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, fracci\u00f3n XLIV, en donde se se\u00f1ala que es una atribuci\u00f3n del Congreso tanto el nombramiento como la revocaci\u00f3n de sus empleados en los t\u00e9rminos establecidos en la normatividad aplicable. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
