{"id":122421,"date":"2024-04-18T16:59:56","date_gmt":"2024-04-18T22:59:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=122421"},"modified":"2024-04-18T16:59:58","modified_gmt":"2024-04-18T22:59:58","slug":"lxiv-legislatura-aprueba-reformas-en-materia-de-turismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=122421","title":{"rendered":"LXIV Legislatura aprueba reformas en materia de turismo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Se establece, entre los deberes jur\u00eddicos de los ayuntamientos, el instalar el Consejo Consultivo Municipal de Turismo y la Comisi\u00f3n de Turismo del Ayuntamiento<\/em><em>.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la vig\u00e9sima s\u00e9ptima sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, las y los integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura, aprobaron el dictamen con proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones a la Ley Municipal del Estado de Tlaxcala que presentaron las Comisiones Unidas de Asuntos Municipales, la de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos y la de Turismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta reforma, propuesta por el diputado Fabricio Mena Rodr\u00edguez, se establece entre los deberes jur\u00eddicos de los ayuntamientos, el relativo a instalar el correspondiente Consejo Consultivo Municipal de Turismo y la Comisi\u00f3n de Turismo del Ayuntamiento, para con esto acatar lo ordenado en la Ley General de Turismo y en la Ley de Turismo del Estado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, para asegurar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales en materia tur\u00edstica, incluso si los municipios no disponen de sitios tur\u00edsticos atractivos, ya que tambi\u00e9n se busca que desarrollen otras actividades tur\u00edsticas alternativas, que contribuyan al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social de la Municipalidad y del Estado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es as\u00ed, como se reforman las fracciones XXIV y XXV del art\u00edculo 41 y el inciso b) de la fracci\u00f3n VII del art\u00edculo 47, y se adiciona una fracci\u00f3n XIX Bis al art\u00edculo 33, un p\u00e1rrafo segundo al art\u00edculo 41 y una fracci\u00f3n XII al art\u00edculo 47;
