Agentes ministeriales aprehendieron a un presunto homicida el cual estaba pr\u00f3fugo desde agosto del 2020, cuando mat\u00f3 (junto con su hermano) a un hombre a balazos en el exterior de una fruter\u00eda del Centro de Chignahuapan. El agraviado, un var\u00f3n que tambi\u00e9n iba armado intent\u00f3 defenderse, pero no lo consigui\u00f3 y su verdugo lo remat\u00f3 con su propia pistola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El detenido es Oscar G. M., quien actualmente cuenta con 37 a\u00f1os de edad, alias El Xinaco. Fue detenido en la calle Benito Ju\u00e1rez, en la poblaci\u00f3n de San Jos\u00e9 Corral Blanco, en Chignahuapan, e inmediatamente trasladado al penal de Zacatl\u00e1n, en donde lo requiere la actualidad judicial para comenzar su proceso por homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oscar es se\u00f1alado de haber matado a Demetrio G. M., hechos ocurridos el 19 de agosto del 2020, frente a la fruter\u00eda San Juditas Tadeo, en la calle Francisco I. Madero de la colonia Centro, en Chignahuapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acuerdo con el expediente del caso, en aquella ocasi\u00f3n Demetrio lleg\u00f3 al lugar con intenci\u00f3n de comprar fruta, arrib\u00f3 en su camioneta Nissan, Frontier, de color azul. En ese momento se le acerc\u00f3 Oscar y despu\u00e9s de intercambiar palabras Oscar le dispar\u00f3 en los brazos, abdomen y piernas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Demetrio tambi\u00e9n llevaba un arma, logr\u00f3 sacarla, pero por los balazos que recibi\u00f3 ya no pudo accionarla. Seg\u00fan las investigaciones, Oscar fue hasta donde estaba Demetrio le quit\u00f3 la pistola y con esa misma arma le dispar\u00f3 en el pecho poniendo fin a su vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Desde entonces Oscar andaba a salto de mata, es decir pr\u00f3fugo, pero el pasado viernes 03 de mayo por la ma\u00f1ana fue aprehendido por agentes de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
